Quick start (5 minutes)
- Settings → Brand header. Check the company name, address, contact and terms printed on every PDF. Leave it as-is to use your store details.
- Line sheets → New line sheet. Pick a title, a source (all active products, a collection, or a tag), and a layout (table or grid). On the Plus plan you can pick a company location to print that buyer's B2B contract prices, minimum/increment rules and volume pricing. Otherwise choose a discount off retail.
- Save and generate. The PDF is built in the background in a few seconds to a minute. Download it, or copy the buyer order link.
Buyer order link
Every line sheet has a private link (also printed on the PDF with a QR code). Buyers open it on any device, see the same prices as the PDF, enter quantities (checked against your minimum and increment rules), leave their name and email, and submit. A draft order appears in your Shopify admin (Orders → Drafts) with the buyer's details in the note. For B2B line sheets the draft order is attached to the company and location; otherwise it is matched to an existing customer by email.
- Disable or replace a link at any time from the line sheet page.
- Set an expiry date, or (Plus) a 4–6 digit access code.
- You decide what happens next: edit the draft order, send the invoice, or convert it to an order — all inside Shopify.
B2B pricing (Plus plan)
Prices come straight from Shopify B2B: the catalog assigned to the company location (via a B2B market or directly on the location), including fixed prices, percentage adjustments, quantity rules and volume pricing. Nothing is retyped. If a product isn't in the location's catalog, its retail price is shown. Works on all Shopify plans that include B2B.

Billing is handled by Shopify on your monthly invoice. Change plans from the App's Plan page; uninstalling cancels the subscription.
FAQ
The PDF shows the wrong prices
Check which pricing the line sheet uses (shown under Details). For B2B prices, make sure the company location is attached to a catalog and the catalog is active. Then click Generate again.
Chinese / Arabic / Japanese text
Fonts are bundled; product titles in any of these scripts print correctly.
Can buyers pay?
Not through the link. The order becomes a draft order; send the Shopify invoice or collect payment as you normally do.
Where are my PDFs?
On the line sheet page under "Generated files". Files are kept for 30 days; regenerate any time.
Data and privacy
See the privacy policy. Uninstalling deletes your data within 48 hours.
