Kaison B2B Order Import — Help
买手用邮件、微信/WhatsApp、Excel、CSV 发来的批发订单，粘贴或上传进来，App 自动认出商品和数量、把箱换成件、套上这家公司的 B2B 价，标出要处理的行；你看过预览，一键生成挂在公司名下的草稿订单（带 PO 号、备注和账期）。界面有中文，在设置里切换。有问题发 support@kaisonapps.com。
Quick start (3 minutes)
- New order → choose the company location the order is for. Prices, payment terms and remembered buyer SKUs all follow this location. (No B2B company? Choose "No company (regular prices)".)
- Paste the order exactly as the buyer sent it — an email, a chat message, rows copied from Excel — or upload the file (.csv, .tsv, .txt, .xlsx, .xlsm, .xls, .ods, up to 5 MB). Want to try first? Click Try a sample order.
- Click Read order and check the preview: matched product, quantity (cases already converted to units), B2B unit price and line total. Rows marked Needs attention tell you what's missing — pick the product, enter a case size, or fix a quantity rule with one click.
- Click Create draft order. The draft appears in Shopify under Orders → Drafts, attached to the company and location, with the PO number, note, payment terms and tags. Nothing is sent to the buyer — edit the draft, send the invoice or convert it to an order in Shopify as usual.
What the app understands

| Cases | Units per case come from, in order: the order itself ("4 cases of 12") → the case size you set on the Case packs page → a variant metafield you choose (default custom.case_pack). If none is known the row asks once — the app never guesses. A case variant ("Case of 12" with its own SKU) counts as one unit per case. |
| Tables | The header row is found automatically, even under a letterhead or PO block. If the columns are read wrong, choose the SKU / quantity / description / unit columns yourself — the choice is remembered per company. Total and subtotal rows are skipped. |

B2B prices, rules and stock
- Unit prices are Shopify's own prices for the selected company location: catalog fixed prices, percentage adjustments and volume pricing. Nothing is retyped.
- Quantity rules (minimum, increment, maximum) are checked; one click rounds to the nearest allowed quantity.
- Products that aren't in the location's catalog are flagged as Needs attention: click Add anyway at the regular price, or untick the line to leave it out.
- Low or no stock is shown as a warning only. Optionally reserve inventory for a number of days on each new draft (Settings).
- Archived, draft and deleted products are never added.
The draft order
- Attached to the company, the location and a company contact who has an ordering role at that location, so Shopify applies B2B pricing.
- The location's default payment terms (net days, on receipt or on fulfillment) are applied.
- Tagged
kaison-order-entryplus any extra tags you set; your note footer is added below the buyer's delivery notes. - If the location has no contact with an ordering role, the draft is created without the company link at the prices you saw in the preview, and the app tells you so.
- Shipping and billing addresses are not filled in by the app — add them on the draft in Shopify (or the buyer enters them at checkout).
- Up to 499 lines per draft order (Shopify's limit).
Pages in the app
- Home — this month's usage, product index status and your recent imports with links to the drafts.
- New order — paste or upload, preview, create.
- Company memory — the buyer wording each company uses and the product it maps to; forget one entry, the remembered columns, or everything for a company.
- Case packs — units per case for any variant, and which variant metafield to read.
- Settings — extra tags, note footer, inventory reservation, app language (English / 简体中文).
- Plan — your plan and usage.

Billing is handled by Shopify on your monthly invoice. Change plans from the app's Plan page; uninstalling cancels the subscription. The monthly count resets on the 1st (UTC).
FAQ
A product wasn't found
Check that the SKU or barcode in the order exists on an active variant in your store. Otherwise click Find product on the row, pick it, and keep Remember this for … ticked so this buyer's code matches next time. Products added in the last few minutes appear once the product index updates (Home → Re-index now).
The quantity is wrong for cases
Set the units per case on the Case packs page (or in the variant metafield the app reads), then click Read order again. A case size written in the order always wins.
"Not in this company's catalog"
The product isn't in the catalog of that company location, so Shopify has no B2B price for it. Add it to the catalog in Shopify, or click Add anyway at the regular price on the row.
Can it read PDFs or photos?
Not yet. Copy the text from the PDF and paste it, or ask the buyer for the Excel or CSV file.
Is the order text stored?
No. Pasted text and uploaded files are read in memory to build the preview and are never saved. We keep a short record of each import (date, company, line count, PO number, draft order number, total — encrypted) for 180 days so you can see your history. See the privacy policy.
Does it work without Shopify B2B?
Yes — choose "No company (regular prices)" and the draft order is created at your regular prices. Company memory and remembered columns need a company.
Uninstalling
Uninstalling cancels any subscription and revokes the app's access at once; all remaining data is deleted 48 hours later.
